Residential Exterior Painting

HomeTown has well experienced crews with the appropriate training that have been painting home exteriors for years. We take care of your home and will deliver an excellent job that will protect and beautify your home for years to come.

Surfaces
We can handle any surface whether your siding is wood, aluminum, cedar shingle, masonry, stucco, brick or vinyl.
Protection
Every project starts with protecting your outside decorative and functional assets such as plantings, bushes, flowerbeds, landscaping, air conditioners, heat exchangers, paved or concrete areas, decks, patios, etc.
Preparation
Scraping, Sanding, Patching. Loose material is removed and bare areas are primed. To promote adhesion any glossy areas are then sanded.
Repairing
Every crew includes a wood-replacement carpenter to repair visibly damaged areas.
Cleaning
So paint can adhere directly to your siding or trim, we use environmentally friendly detergent to pressure wash to remove dirt debris and mildew. Delicate areas may be hand-washed.
Caulking
You don't get up on your ladder or scaffolding everyday, so while we're there we will be sure to inspect and recaulk seams, cracks, windows, doors and elsewhere as appropriate.
Materials
We use only the finest quality paints available and normally recommend Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paints, but will work with you no matter the material or manufacturer of your choice.
Application
We only use the best supplies to get the job done right. Only 100% wool rollers are used, and our experience helps us to determine the appropriate brush material for your finish (such as latex vs oil) and siding.
Cleanup
No job is complete until we have properly cleaned up the job site and returned it to its original state.
